The pans have long been a tradition for the son of a great Chef kitchen. Working since 15 years in restoration, graduated from ESHTE. However, he feels that Caseiro is like home, he expresses all his passion through a simple and sophisticated cuisine. It is considered a follower of Caseiro in every way, he abdicated an international career and travels 100 km every day to raise the project Caseiro. He is the son of a big businessman and he began, at age 10, to practice the teachings of his father, enriching their training with courses varying in ESHTE. It is important to highlight his work in the Penha Longa Hotel, Oitavos, Hotel Quinta da Marinha and the Mirage Hotel. It also has a long experience in catering services, taking responsibility as the entire operation of Caseiro Catering. Leader and responsible are adjetives that fit perfectly in our Luis.
